Fingerprinting!!
Detective LEGO
On the 31/10/18 we did some fingerprinting for our CSI! I compared my fingerprints to other fingerprints and found out that I had whorls and loops but more loops.
Here is Owen in my Detective groups fingerprint!
Me and Owens fingerprints are a bit different because he has loops and I have loops and whorls. But one thing that is the same is that his loops are in the middle and so are mine!
Why are fingerprints important in an investigation??
Fingerprints are important in police investigation because they need to gather evidence by seeing fingerprints. They can see if they have used any objects or surfaces. Also fingerprints can be used for DNA testing. They can try match the fingerprints of a suspect or of another person.

Well done, Loto. You have added lots of information about fingerprints and it is awesome to see you taking on the extra challenges. I hope you enjoyed taking your own fingerprints and analysing our suspects!
