Camp!!

On Monday we went to camp in cars it wasn't too long of a drive. When we arrived I already knew it was going to be fun. We watched a video of the health and safety rules and then we went on a tour around the camp. We slept in cabins and In my cabin there were eight people six kids and two adults. I slept on the bottom bunk closest to the window where you can see the playground. Our cabin number was 2B and we were on the right side. Across from us were more cabins but not all the cabins were used. On the first day we we had a turn on the foam slide and went in the hot pool it was very fun. Me and Jolie went down the foam slide with the host. For dinner on the first night we had butter chicken etc and the desert was delicious for both nights. We did most of our activities on the second day but on the first day we did top town it was really fun and my team the bulldozers won! There was archery, abseiling, crate climbing, flying fox and then go karts. On the second day we did initiatives and rock climbing. We also watched a movie called Ferdinand and on our last night we did camp fires and made damper. Mrs Heaven also read us a book.  I put golden syrup on mine and it was so good. My highlight was the flying fox because it was very fun and I have never been on one going across a creek. The time I most challenged myself was in crate climbing because it was so hard I felt like giving up but I didn't. I'm not sure how much crates I got but I enjoyed it. I used being me for being myself and choosing to do each task, Connecting for connecting with people and working as a team especially in initatives, curiosity for being curious about everything, resilience for doing the task even though I couldn't quite do it yet and creativity for being creative when we had to figure out a plan for tough challenges.  I hope you enjoyed camp and thanks to the parents and teachers for the help.
